Broccoli Chicken Bake


  • 3 – 4 Chicken Breasts
  • Good Bunch of Broccoli
  • 259g Tin of Condensed Chicken Soup
  • Heaped Tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • Good Pinch Mustard Powder
  • 125g/4oz Breadcrumbs
  • 125g/4oz Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • Juice from 1 large lemon
  • 50g/2oz Butter (melted)


  1. Put the chicken breasts into a saucepan with a little oil. Sprinkle with salt/pepper and any seasoning of choice
  2. Put the broccoli into a pan of boiling water and par cook. Cool and cut into florets.
  3. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  4. Put the chicken pieces and broccoli into an oven proof dish.IMG_4640
  5. Mix together the soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard powder. Pour over the chicken and broccoli.
  6. Mix the breadcrumbs, cheese and melted butter together and spread over the contents of the dish.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and piping hot.
  8. Serve with a salad or vegetables.
